Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

The policy on this page applies to all item purchased on this website.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customer Service Hours

Our Customer Service team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 Am–5:00 Pm.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Customer service emails are responded to during business hours only.

  • Messages received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.

  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within an hour maximum.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders will ship within 3-5 business days depending on the location. Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of our delivery agents. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or any other reason beyond our control.

 

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your order has not been received within 07 business days from the shipping date, please contact us. At that time, we may need to reach out to our delivery agents to investigate the shipment.

Shipping Address Policy

  • If a package is returned to us due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Refused delivery

    • Failure to retrieve the package from our delivery agents

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee for the order to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Minta Packaging is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by our delivery agents.

  • We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

Damaged Items

Any claims regarding damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo documentation.

Refund Policy

We offer refund for new and reconditioned products. Refund request must be logged within 15 days from reception of the product. Brand new product must be returned in their original packaging without any sign of damages. 

All items should be returned at our store situated at No. 22 Talc Road, Carletonville, Gauteng, 2499, South Africa. Item can not be returned to our premises before prior approval. Approved return will be refunded within 05 days and the proof sent to you. 

Restocking fee

Customers who decide to return the product(s) can decide to get a store credit that they use for future purchase(s). In case the client decide to get a store credit, no restocking fee will be applied. Customers who decide to get their money refunded will incur a 10% restocking fee that will cover the the administrative and all other cost related to the purchase.
